Join instructor Devin Harris as he leads this fitness kickboxing class by demonstrating kicks, punches, and knee strikes designed to help you improve cardio, strengthen your heart and other muscles, and learn real kickboxing combinations.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, water, and we will supply the rest! We have gloves and wraps for you to use and all the equipment needed.
